We recently updated our fulfillment process to meet the demands of the modern customer for faster shipping times and often orders get processed immediately and are unable to be cancelled.
Our customer support hours are Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm PST.
We prioritize these cancellation requests, but often the orders get processed before we see the cancellation request. In the event we receive your cancellation request before the order has been processed by our fulfillment center, you will receive a cancellation notification.
In the event your order has already shipped, tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been picked up by the carrier.
