We do have a 1-year manufacturer's warranty that we would be more than happy to review coverage for and assist you with.
*Please note, This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from normal wear and tear, accident, abuse, acts of nature, improper use or maintenance, negligence, impact, or repairs or alterations outside of our facility.
To get started, please submit your warranty claim by heading to our on our Warranty Policy Page to submit your claim. Click the button below the policy to access the submission form.
Once you have submitted your form, please allow 1-2 business days for us to review your claim and provide a response. We ask that you please do not ship your defective product(s) back before you receive a Return Authorization Number.
*Currently, we are not able to process any claims over the phone, as required information cannot be verified/submitted over a phone call.*
