If you are not satisfied with your gift, please email [email protected] within 30 days of receipt. If the item is returned in the original packaging, we will exchange it or provide you with store credit based on your original method of payment.
All products must be packed in the original, undamaged packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation, and registration cards that were included with the product.
*NOTE* you can only make an exchange for an item at the same price. You cannot make an exchange for an item at a different price. If the item you are wanting to exchange for is different in price, we will award you store credit that can be used towards purchasing an item of your choice.
