I received part of my order. Where is the rest of my order?Updated 8 months ago
More than likely, the rest of your order is still on its way, unless tracking information says otherwise.
Since we have multiple fulfillment centers around the United States that store our inventory, some orders will have multiple tracking numbers because the products are being shipped separately.
Packages may be delivered before others, so make sure to check back to your shipping notification email to reference your tracking information. Multiple tracking numbers may be associated with your order, which will explain why some products are appearing to be missing.
